What is the difference between carbs & net carbs? 
Net carbs = carbs - fibre
How many grams of fibre in a full pizza?
88+ grams of fibre. This is what makes our pizzas quite filling and a great alternative to a home cooked meal!
How many grams of net carbs in a full pizza?
20+ grams of net carbs but it depends on the flavour.
How many grams of Protein in a full pizza?
68+ grams of protein but it depends on the flavour. That is equivalent to the amount of protein you would get from a 10 oz steak!
Is the Pepperoni Paradise real pepperoni?
Nope! The pepperoni we use is plant-based, tofu pepperoni. Our facility is a kosher certified facility so zero meat is allowed in.
Can I add my own toppings to these pizzas?
Yes we encourage it! This is actually the reason that our Mozzarella Dreamz pizza is a fan favorite! Everyone has a different definition of the “pizza of their dreams” so go wild and get creative. Just make sure to slice the toppings into small, thin pieces so that the pizza cooks to perfection!
What kind of wizardry is this?! Where does all the protein come from?
The blend that we use to make the dough has a number of high protein ingredients!
Does your crust taste different because it’s high protein?
You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference if you weren’t told these were KETO friendly!
Can I eat the entire pizza by myself?
You sure can! The nutrition you would be getting is almost equivalent to a full steak dinner!
Is this pizza keto-friendly?
Yes it is! Our products are packed with fibre making them quite low in net carbs.

Do kids like to eat Dreamcrust?
They dream about it! Kids are absolutely obsessed with Dreamcrust and have no idea you are feeding them a nutrition packed pizza!

Yes it is!!
Do any of your flavours contain nuts?
Nope! Our facility is 100% nut-free!
How long will your pizza last in the freezer?
6+ months!
Any tips for baking to the perfect crisp?
Bake it at 425 Degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Switch to broil for the last 30-60 seconds (keep a close eye on the pizza so it doesn’t burn!)

Where do you offer shipping?
At the moment we are only shipping our frozen pizzas within the GTA as they require temperature controlled shipping environments but you our pizza crusts ship all over Canada at the moment!
How long will it take my order to arrive and how can I track it?
Product that are to be shipped take 1-2 business days to arrive. All local delivery orders will arrive between 3:00pm - 8:00pm on the selected delivery date at checkout.

What’s the difference between a sampler pack and a regular pack?
Our “sampler bundle” offers an assortment of our 3 flavours. 2 Mozzarella Dreamz, 2 Veggie Valley & 2 Pepperoni Paradise zas!
How many pieces of pizzas are in a box?
That’s up to you! You can choose between a 6 pack or a 10 pack!
Do you have any samples of pizza before I commit to a box?
Your best bet is to get a one time order of 6 Mozzarella Dreamz. Keep in mind you can add your own toppings at home!
