You can track your Coins directly from your dashboard and use them toward future purchases whenever you’re ready.

Dreamerz Club orders are fulfilled between Wednesday and Friday each week. Once your order is generated, our team gets it ready for shipment and you’ll receive tracking details by email and or text. All orders are packed to arrive frozen and ready for your freezer.

The Dreamerz Club does not include free shipping by default. However, as you unlock savings through member pricing, kickbacks and tier perks, many members find they can unlock enough savings to cover shipping and more!

Yes. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime directly from your dashboard in just one click OR text our Pizza Concierge and we’ll take care of it for you.

Tier four unlocks free dipping sauces on subscription orders. Once unlocked, you get 3 free dipping sauces included on every order as long as your subscription stays active.

Yes. You can easily adjust your box size, products or delivery schedule directly from your dashboard at any time. And if you ever want help choosing or switching things up, our Pizza Concierge is always happy to assist.

No. Pausing your subscription does not reset your progress or tier status. When you’re ready to resume, you’ll pick up right where you left off.
