Shipping & Returns
- Orders are packed with insulated liners and dry ice to stay frozen through delivery.
- Dry ice evaporates during transit. Empty packs are normal upon arrival.
- If pizzas arrive cool to the touch (even partially thawed), they are safe to refreeze.
- Please bring your order inside and place in the freezer immediately upon delivery.
- Deliveries may occur outside standard business hours depending on courier routing.

- Bake directly on the center oven rack. No tray, no parchment.
- Preheat fully to 425–450°F before baking.
- Cook 10–12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Finish with a 30-second broil for maximum crisp.
